We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who lives and breathes social media trends. If you can spot what’s about to go viral on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts — and know how to make it work for a brand — this role is for you.
You’ll be the creative brain behind Simple Wallet’s short-form content strategy: turning insights into scroll-stopping videos, building relationships with creators, and experimenting your way to the next big hit.
Responsibilities: * Influencer outreach aligned to product value * Launching influencer ad campaigns * Maintain spreadsheets/trackers for contracts, payouts, and video performance. * Prepare/manage creator contracts and paperwork; keep records tidy. * Coordinate payments with Finance; monitor statuses and resolve issues. * Track all posted videos (links, dates, views, deliverables). * Register, set up, and manage brand/creator accounts; keep credentials secure. * Run creator onboarding, maintain a clear CRM/status board, and keep deadlines moving.
Requirements: * Strong organizational and project management skills — ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns, deadlines, and spreadsheets simultaneously. * Attention to detail and accuracy — especially for handling contracts, payments, and performance tracking. * Excellent communication and coordination skills — for smooth collaboration with influencers, finance, and marketing teams. * Experience with influencer marketing or creator operations — understanding how influencer campaigns work from outreach to reporting. * Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive team player.
