We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, reliability, and quality of our production systems and partner integrations, especially in the dynamic world of iGaming.
What you’re going to do: * Monitoring & Alerts * Design, implement, and maintain monitoring systems and alerts for our production environment. * Respond swiftly to incidents and anomalies to ensure uptime and performance. * Technical Support * Act as the first line of support for partner inquiries related to integrations and production issues. * Provide timely, clear, and technically sound responses to internal and external stakeholders. * Quality Assurance * Test partner integrations in both staging and production environments. * Validate casino game flows and API interactions, reporting issues with clarity and precision. * Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.
Who we’re looking for: * Experience in software testing or QA is a strong plus. * Ability to query and analyze data using MySQL. * Familiarity with Node.js codebase and debugging practices. * Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. * Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting inconsistencies and edge cases.
