What You’ll Do: * Build and manage partnerships with casinos and affiliate programs * Negotiate top CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals * Grow and maintain long-term partner relationships * Track results, payouts, and ROI — see the real impact of your work * Represent Natural Links at key iGaming events (SiGMA, iGB, AWA, SBC) * Help shape processes and systems — from partner management to analytics
What You Bring:
Must-haves: * Experience in iGaming / Gambling affiliate marketing * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Hands-on understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models * Confident English (B2+) * Self-starter attitude — you like owning things end-to-end
Nice-to-haves: * Own network of affiliate or casino contacts * Familiarity with Keitaro, Voluum, or other tracking tools * Understanding of SEO traffic and conversion metrics * Experience attending iGaming conferences or meetups
