As we expand into new geographies and scale our teams, we are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our cross-location Recruiting Team. Responsibilities * Support full-cycle recruitment under the guidance of senior colleagues * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements * Source candidates using LinkedIn Premium, Djinni, DOU, and other professional networks * Conduct CV screening and initial interviews * Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and help prepare recruitment reports * Participate in employer branding activities and internal HR projects/initiatives * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Skills Required * 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment * Understanding of sourcing methods and the recruitment lifecycle * High communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude, initiative, and motivation to grow within the company * At least Advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Experience working with any ATS
