About the Role We are looking for a proactive HR Process Automation Specialist with a strong background in process operations and tech automation. You will be the bridge between HR and technology — optimizing workflows, implementing systems, and introducing AI-driven solutions to make our HR processes scalable, efficient, and user-friendly. Requirements Must Have: * 2+ years of experience in Tech, Process Automation, or Process Operations. * Strong knowledge of HR/People processes and software automation. * Hands-on experience with no-code tools (N8N, Make, Slack, Asana workflows, webhooks, triggers). * Advanced understanding of APIs and system integrations. * Experience working with or implementing AI-based tools. * Strong understanding of the HR lifecycle (hiring → onboarding → performance → compensation → offboarding). * English: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken and written).
Big Plus: * Practical experience with HR systems (Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Deel, Rippling, or similar). * Experience customizing HRIS/ATS/LMS systems. * Implementation of chatbots/digital assistants for employee support. * Building centralized dashboards (AI or BI tools). * Involvement in automated budgeting and headcount planning.
Responsibilities * Develop, test, and support automation processes across HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, internal requests, adaptation, offboarding, etc. * Optimize internal HR workflows using RPA, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code tools. * Select, implement, and customize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS). * Research and integrate AI-based solutions for analytics, budgeting, workload planning, and forecasting. * Build scalable HR tech architecture: integrations, automated flows, centralized data. * Test and launch MVPs based on HR team needs and iterate quickly. * Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
