About the role: We’re building the next generation of engaging games for a global audience, and we need a Game Designer who can make it happen. You’ve got shipped titles under your belt, you know exactly what keeps players hooked, and you’re ready to bring innovative concepts to life. What you’ll do:
Create Engaging Games:
* Come up with fresh game concepts and mechanics that players will love
* Design game features, bonus rounds and progression systems
* Write clear Game Design Documents
* Work with our math team to set up balance and game economy
* Research what’s trending in the market and bring new ideas
* Test games during development and give feedback
* Work with artists, developers, and sound designers to bring ideas to life
What we actually need:
* 3+ years in iGaming
* Experience with wide variety game types
* Deep understanding of game mechanics
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for calculations and balancing
* Can write game documentation (GDD)
* You play games and understand what makes them fun and engaging
Nice to have:
* Background in mobile/casual games
* Experience with gamification, loyalty systems, and retention mechanics
* Knowledge of modern game mechanics
* Understanding of live ops and promotional features
