What you’ll be doing: * Conducting phone consultations with clients, collecting feedback, and identifying their needs * Actively upselling services and encouraging participation in promotions * Increasing customer loyalty and service quality through a personalized approach and various initiatives * Resolving client issues, providing support and consultations * Keeping records and reports, including translating or transcribing conversations when needed * Collaborating with the team to improve service quality
Our ideal candidate: * Experience: 1+ year in a similar role * Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken) — other languages are a bonus * Work schedule: Willingness and ability to work in a flexible 4/3 schedule: shifts from 6:00–16:00 and 16:00–02:00 * Reporting: Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Experience with the SoftSwiss platform is a strong advantage * Skills: Excellent communication skills, basic sales and objection-handling techniques, active listening, and goal orientation * Personal traits: Proactive, adaptable, responsible, stress-resistant, empathetic, tolerant, and flexible
