Your primary focus will be on the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing the deal: * Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on setting business development goals, identifying target markets, and defining our outreach strategy. * Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking) to identify and qualify high-potential leads. * Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities and progress in our CRM system. * Pitch & Close: Conduct compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business deals. * Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and refine our approach. * Partnership Input: Actively participate in strategic company decisions, contributing your expertise and perspective as an equal partner.
What We’re Looking For (Your Profile) * Proven Experience: At least 3 years of verifiable success in lead generation, business development, and B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry. * A “Hunter” Mentality: You must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. * Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Autonomy & Drive: The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take full ownership of the business development function. * Commitment to Partnership: A genuine desire to be an equal partner, understanding that this involves shared risk, shared effort, and shared reward.
