We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer (React) for a full-time, project-based collaboration (approximately 160 hours per month). You’ll be joining a dynamic, cross-functional team building a modern SaaS product that helps businesses manage workflows through intuitive, data-driven interfaces.
About the Product An all-in-one platform for managing memberships, selling tickets, hosting events, organizing content, and strengthening the overall value proposition for businesses. The product is live and evolving, with an active team on both the client and delivery sides.
About the Role We’re seeking a developer with deep expertise in React.js, TailwindCSS, and modern UI component libraries like shadcn/ui. You’ll be responsible for transforming Figma designs into scalable, maintainable, and visually consistent interfaces. This role suits someone who writes clean, reusable code, enjoys collaboration, and can contribute to architectural and UI decisions.
Team Composition From our side: CTO, Solution Architect / Back-End Developer, Business Analyst, DevOps Engineer, Node.js Developer, and Full-Stack Developer From the client’s side: Front-End Developers, Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Mobile Developer, and Support Team
What You’ll Work On Build, maintain, and optimize responsive React applications Translate Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready code Develop reusable components and manage complex UI logic (tables, forms, file uploads) Implement and manage state management (Context API, Redux, or similar) Integrate REST APIs and handle async data flows Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance Implement Excel/CSV import/export functionality Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards Collaborate closely with design, backend, and mobile teams
Must-Have Skills ✔️ 7+ years of experience with React.js (functional components, hooks, context) ✔️ Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and JSX ✔️ Strong experience with TailwindCSS (3+ years) ✔️ Experience with shadcn/ui (1+ years) or similar UI libraries ✔️ Experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, maintainable code ✔️ Solid understanding of state management and reusable architecture ✔️ Experience with Excel/CSV parsing and exporting ✔️ Knowledge of MUI (migration in progress) ✔️ Familiarity with Git, Agile workflows, and team collaboration tools ✔️ English: Upper-Intermediate for daily communication
Nice-to-Haves ➕ TypeScript experience ➕ Familiarity with Vite, Storybook, or component-driven workflows ➕ Performance optimization and code-splitting in React ➕ Experience building or maintaining internal design systems
