We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s excited about SaaS, storytelling, and data-driven growth. You’ll join our Marketing team and support real projects that drive visibility, lead generation, and product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
YouTube as a marketing channel
* Research video content opportunities for the insurance and insurtech sectors
* Analyze SEO mechanics
* Explore trending formats and AI tools (text-to-video, scriptwriting, avatars)
* Review competitor presence and best-performing videos
Buyer intent research
* Compare platforms (e.g., Albacross, Clearbit, Leadfeeder, Hubspot) and recommend tools based on lead generation quality and integration capabilities
LinkedIn growth experiments
* Identify effective organic tactics for content distribution and audience targeting — especially for C-level personas in the insurance industry
Content intelligence & positioning
* Analyze how top SaaS and insurtech players position themselves across channels (web, social, video)
* Create internal content briefs based on tone, structure, and storytelling models
Innovative campaign testing
* Launch micro-campaigns using tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, and ChatGPT
* Experiment with newsletter personalization and AI-generated carousels
* A/B test new formats like dynamic video thumbnails or interactive visuals
Marketing AI stack review
* Assess emerging marketing AI tools (e.g., Opus Clip, HeyGen, CapCut)
* Map out use cases for marketing automation, content repurposing, and trend analysis
* Prepare short guides on how to apply selected tools within the team
Performance & Analytics
* Build and maintain reports in Google Analytics, or HubSpot
* Analyze traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion paths
* Track content effectiveness: CTR, dwell time, scroll depth
* Prepare monthly performance dashboards
Social Media (organic growth)
* Draft LinkedIn posts: carousels, articles, infographics
* Analyze engagement and follower growth
* Monitor and engage in comment discussions
* Source format ideas from industry influencers and competitors
Growth Experiments
* Run experiments with landing pages, pop-ups, and CTAs
* Test hypotheses: offers, formats, visual elements
* Analyze results and summarize insights
What we’re looking for
* Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* Curiosity about SaaS, insurtech, and digital marketing strategy
* Hands-on experience or interest in AI tools, automation, or growth tactics
* Strong research and communication skills
* Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Notion, ChatGPT, or Figma is a plus
* Self-starter with good time management and a bias for action
