About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our global reach. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to engage with businesses across multiple regions, identify growth opportunities, and play a key role in our international expansion.
You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and creating meaningful connections that lead to business success. Key Responsibilities * Research and identify new business opportunities across global markets aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). * Develop and execute personalized, strategic outreach to engage key decision-makers. * Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through multi-channel communication (email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, etc.). * Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to drive conversion and pipeline growth. * Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach, track engagement, and optimize results. * Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth handoffs.
What You’ll Bring * 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development — ideally within a global B2B SaaS environment. * Proven ability to connect with diverse audiences and build relationships across cultures. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and digital prospecting tools. * Strategic mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration. * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
