The ideal candidate’s skills include: * 4+ years BA activities with a proven track record * Understanding of the technique of the project (APIs, microservices, headless approach) * SEO, analytics and accessibility skills * Practical experience in applying key BA techniques * Experience in Customer-facing communication * Upper-Intermediate English level * Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills * Strong desire to learn more about business every day * Readiness for business trips across Europe will be a plus
The Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll be expected to: * Work in close cooperation with all stakeholders and development teams * * Support the Product Owner on the expected/delivered value * * Customer business process and initial documentation analysis * * Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos * * Prioritize features, work on the roadmap * * Manage change requests * * Support the development team in clarification of requirements * * Perform acceptance testing and validation, request data patches if necessary * * Create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes * * Help the PO for the split of EPICs/features to user stories * * Help the PO in keeping the backlog up to date and prioritize * * Lead/animate refinement sessions * * Produce/maintain the documentation in Azure devOps * * Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
The BA must have experience in delivering web-based solutions of varying complexity, and must deeply understand the nuances of complex technical, user experience-driven web projects within an iterative context. The BA must know data and content modeling.
