Gravira Group — a fast-growing international iGaming company — is looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to strengthen our affiliate department and scale high-quality traffic from Tier-1 markets — CA and DE.
This role is for someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and understands how to build strong, revenue-driving partnerships with affiliates.
Key responsibilities: * Search, onboard, and manage affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic (SEO / ASO / PPC) — including cold outreach * Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure performance growth * Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and ROI (ROMI 100%+ is the goal) * Negotiate deals, optimize campaigns, and ensure top-performing partnerships * Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new offers and improve conversions * Monitor daily statistics, payments, and fraud indicators * Expand and diversify traffic channels across CA, DE, AT (Europe Tier-1)
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate/Partner Manager in iGaming * Proven expertise working with CA, DE, and AT markets * Strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing principles * Hands-on experience with analytics systems and affiliate software (Postback, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, etc.) * Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Financial literacy and a goal-oriented approach * English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Would be a plus: * Your own affiliate/webmaster database (Tier-1) * Experience in cold outreach and onboarding new affiliates * Existing partnerships with SEO/ASO /PPC webmasters * Experience working in startups or dynamic iGaming environments
