We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Core Product Team.
You will take ownership of the Admin Panel design — the key internal tool that powers product management, content operations, and analytics — and collaborate on concepts for new features across the user-facing experience.
Your goal will be to create intuitive, efficient, and visually consistent interfaces that support both internal users (admins, managers, support teams) and external players. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Developers to turn product ideas into clear and usable solutions. What You’ll Do * Design and improve the Admin Panel interface — optimizing user flows, information structure, and usability. * Develop UX/UI concepts for new product features, both on the admin side and for player-facing interfaces. * Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Researchers to understand requirements, user needs, and system logic. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that clearly communicate ideas and user journeys. * Ensure design consistency with existing design system and brand guidelines. * Work closely with frontend developers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive designs. * Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools within the team.
What We Expect * 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, ideally in iGaming, SaaS, or other complex systems. * Proven experience designing internal dashboards, admin tools, or CRM systems. * Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. * Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping). * Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility. * Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Tech). * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or development constraints is a plus. * English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Your Strengths * You’re detail-oriented but can see the big picture. * You can simplify complex systems into clean, logical interfaces. * You’re comfortable designing for both internal workflows and user-facing experiences. * You think in systems — not just screens — and understand how data and structure influence design. * You value feedback and enjoy collaborative problem-solving.
What We Offer * We are global, we don’t stick to office or remote options only. * We value work-life balance and start anytime from 8 to 11, with flexible lunchtime. * We trust each other and provide unlimited vacation days and sick-leaves. * We support our people and provide relocation options for team members, who are interested. * We encourage growth and cover 50% of learning expenses. * We hold yearly performance reviews to help our team members grow and reach new heights, and reward results with regular performance bonuses. * We believe in potential and prefer to promote internally, giving everyone a chance to prove themselves, and building our company around talents above anything else. * We are small enough to hear the opinion of every team member, and already big enough to act on the best ideas — an opportunity to have a visible and immediate impact. * We celebrate our team with corporate gifts and thoughtful appreciation throughout the year.
