We’re seeking an exceptional Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer with deep expertise in modern cloud-native technologies and a proven track record of building and scaling robust CI/CD platforms. You’ll be working with a sophisticated technology stack and need to demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with our core technologies.
Required Technical Expertise (Must have experience): — Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering. — Kubernetes: 3 years production experience managing multi-cluster environments. — GitOps & ArgoCD: Proven experience implementing and managing GitOps workflows. — GitLab CI/CD: Advanced pipeline development including multi-architecture builds. — Docker: Expert-level containerization and multi-arch image management (ARM64/x86-64). — Kustomize: Production experience with environment-specific configuration management. — HashiCorp Vault: Implementation and management of secrets across Kubernetes clusters. — Very strong AWS experience. (certifications will be an advantage)
— Infrastructure & Cloud Crossplane: Experience with infrastructure provisioning and cloud resource management — AWS: Load balancers, certificate management, and cloud services integration Infrastructure as Code: Proven track record of managing infrastructure programmatically
Architecture & Security Multi-cluster Kubernetes architecture design and implementation Security best practices for containerized environments SSL/TLS certificate management and HTTPS termination Automated secret management and pod mounting strategies Would be a plus It would be nice if your application will include (for one of stage interview, the recruiter will explain it): Portfolio Examples: Specific examples of work with our technology stack. Architecture Diagrams: Examples of systems you’ve designed (sanitized for confidentiality). Case Study: Detailed walkthrough of a complex DevOps implementation you’ve led. Certifications: Relevant Kubernetes, AWS, or other platform certifications.
