Tree Doctors Inc. is a leading tree care company in Toronto, providing residential and commercial services including tree removal, planting, pruning, stump grinding, fertilization, and consultations across the Greater Toronto Area.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and support both brands with creative assets that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do: * Design and optimize landing pages to improve conversions and drive qualified leads. * Create responsive, high-converting email templates for marketing automation campaigns. * Develop visually compelling ad creatives for paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) that meet performance goals. * Support social media and blog visuals while maintaining brand consistency. * Collaborate directly with marketing, copywriting, and PPC/SEO teams to align designs with campaign KPIs. * Take full ownership of design projects, delivering professional-level work with minimal supervision. * Apply conversion-focused design principles (CRO, CTAs, responsive layouts) to all creative assets.
What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in graphic design for digital marketing. * Portfolio, including landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ads with measurable performance impact. * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva. * Experience in conversion-focused design and CRO best practices. * Independent, proactive, and able to manage projects from concept to delivery. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * English level B2 or higher.
Nice to Have: * Experience in SaaS or service-based industries. * Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates. * Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
