Responsibilities * Conduct market and niche research for clients; * Develop marketing strategies and plans; * Source and coordinate specialists/contractors; * Prepare presentations and client reports; * Set up and launch email campaigns; * Participate in client discussions, identify needs, and translate them into solutions.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in marketing (digital / performance / branding); * Experience working directly with clients: collecting requirements, presenting solutions, managing expectations; * Background in a marketing agency with multi-client workload and project-based tasks; * Experience in market/industry research and analysis; * Ability to develop marketing strategies and break them down into tasks; * Hands-on experience with email marketing (even small-scale). * Strong presentation skills (Google Slides). * Good understanding of the sales funnel and digital promotion channels.
Will be plus * Experience in project management / coordinating external contractors; * Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools; * Basic knowledge of SEO / content marketing / paid ads; * Understanding of agency workflows.
