Now we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance team.
What you’ll do:
Financial Reporting & Compliance — Prepare monthly/annual management reporting package (consolidated & project-based) in line with IFRS standards and various ad-hoc reports at management request — Lead the annual audit with external auditors. Cash Flow & Treasury — Manage treasury operations: relationship with banks, payment providers, and funds investments. — Monitor and forecast cash flow and funding needs on ongoing basis Taxation — Oversee preparation and filing of VAT and corporate tax returns. — Ensure compliance with local and international tax rules in all jurisdictions where Group operates with assistance of external providers Systems & Processes — Implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency. — Support upgrades of accounting systems. — Streamline processes through automation and best practices.
Your professional qualities: * 3+ years of experience as Financial Controller or as Senior auditor . * Good understanding of IFRS principles, BS, P&L, CF, and other relevant reporting forms. * Experience in preparation of standalone, consolidated financial statements and month-end and year-end closing processes. * Collaboration with banks and payment institutions, KYC, and investment opportunities. * Experience working with auditors and tax authorities. * Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a helicopter view. * Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive and can do attitude * Excellent Excel knowledge. * English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
Will be a plus: * ACCA/ACA certification in progress. * Previous experience in an IT start-up environment. * Experience from a Big-4 company. * Experience working with CY- and US-registered companies.
