Due to the rapid development and launch of a new proprietary brand, we are expanding our team and looking for a System Administrator.
Responsibilities: * Lead process of Purchase Ordering & support for Hardware * Consult and support company employees on working with software and office equipment; * Diagnostics and troubleshooting with office equipment and employees’ workstations; * Maintenance and adjustment of office equipment and staff workstations; * Selection and procurement of office equipment and staff workstations; * Selection, installation, and configuration of software required by employees to perform their work activities; * Communication with service centers and suppliers on warranty repairs.
Lead process of Purchase Ordering & support for Software * Consult and support company employees on working with software; * Performing purchase and operational cost for Tools and SAAS solution we using (Jira, Slack, AWS, etc..) * Managing and adjusting tools (Jira, Slack, Testrails, PeopleForce, etc..) * Keeping inventory and issuing equipment to company employees; * Maintain employee accounts for access to the corporate network of the company, issuing access to new employees; * Monitoring basic information security requirements and consulting employees if need
Experience and background requirements: * Install and configure the OS of the macOS, Linux Desktop (Ubuntu), Windows (7-10 desktop, 2k8-2k16 server) families * Install and configure the software necessary for the work of employees: OpenOffice, LibreOffice, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, VPN, IDEs, etc.. a standard set of office software (browsers, chats, etc.); * Have experience with managing massive software updates for the whole company (JAMF, Active Directory) * Know and follow the basic rules for information security; * Quickly and easily solve technical problems; * At least an intermediate level of English (mostly for written communication).
Technical/specialized knowledge: * Working with purchase process of HW and maintenance of it * Working with purchase/managements and adjustments process of Software
