REQUIREMENTS: * 3+ years in content marketing or related roles (B2B/SaaS/digital advertising) * Excellent English writing/editing; ability to interview business owners and translate technical value to business outcomes * Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant field * Portfolio that shows strategy + execution: briefs, long-form, landing pages, and distribution results * Tool comfort: CMS (e.g., WordPress), collaboration (e.g., Notion/Jira/Asana), analytics, SEO tools, and social (LinkedIn) * Strong project management and soft skills; calm under deadlines * Practical GenAI experience with a human-in-the-loop process * Proven SEO fluency (clusters, internal linking, refresh), analytics literacy (GA4, GSC, or similar) * Creative mind and research skills
WOULD BE A PLUS: * Understanding of Media & Advertising / Publishing / News / IT ecosystems * Experience in enabling Sales (talk tracks, one-pagers) and running product/content launches
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own the content strategy for priority segments: ICP definition, messaging pillars, and quarterly content roadmap with KPIs * Produce high-quality content (blogs, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, email, social, sales one-pagers) with clear briefs and measurable outcomes * Run editorial operations: brief/draft/review/publish/refresh; maintain the calendar/plan * SEO: topic clusters, internal linking, refresh cadence, and on-page structure that balances intent with brand voice * Collaborate with employees & freelancers: source, brief, and edit to on-brand excellence; coach writers and uphold our style guide * Build a repeatable distribution checklist across organic, partner, community, and email * Measure & improve track content’s influence on pipeline (data driven attribution GA4), report learnings, and iterate * Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection) * Use GenAI responsibly: accelerate ideation and drafts with clear prompts, fact-checking, and disclosure guardrails
