Responsibilities: • Design and own backend architecture for complex, high-performance applications. • Develop and maintain microservices and APIs with Java + Spring Boot. • Ensure scalability and reliability of distributed systems in production. • Integrate with external services (APIs, messaging, communication platforms). • Drive best practices in data modeling, security, and compliance. • Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor middle/junior developers. • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams on solution design. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production. • Take ownership of delivery for assigned modules, ensuring they align with project deadlines.
Requirements: • 6+ years of backend development experience with Java. • Expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST API design. • Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud environments. • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ORM frameworks, and optimization. • Proficiency with asynchronous programming, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and data protection. • Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git. • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to Have: • Experience acting as Tech Lead or architect. • Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or advanced integration patterns. • Knowledge of search technologies (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch). • Experience with high-load, event-driven architectures. • Background in fintech, SaaS, or communication-driven platforms.
