We’re not looking for someone who just “processes payments.” We’re looking for a PSP Manager who understands the full mechanics and strategy behind payment flows — and can turn transactions into efficiency, savings, and revenue growth. If you think in terms of routing logic, cascading priorities, conversion rates, and chargeback ratios — and know how to build strong relationships with PSPs while staying compliant — let’s talk.
Personal qualities: * Attention to detail, analytical mindset. * Organized, independent, and proactive. * Flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
What we expect from you: * 2+ years of experience in payments, finance, or antifraud. * Knowledge of fraud prevention (including non-3DS transactions). * Understanding of payment flow architecture, PSP routing, and cascading. * Strong proficiency in Excel and related analytical tools.
Your responsibilities will include:: * Overseeing payment processing and ensuring timely fund withdrawals with full autonomy. * Analyzing KPIs at all levels with full detail and independently identifying key patterns and trends. * Collecting, aggregating, and interpreting global reports; maintaining complete awareness of operations and performance trends. * Investigating suspicious transactions, managing antifraud rules, and preparing analytical reports for management. * Proactively optimizing payment processes based on data, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements. * Collaborating with PSPs, customer support, and compliance teams, making decisions independently without constant supervision.
