As a Software Architect in our R&D Team, you will define and evolve the application architecture of a world-class no-code platform. This is a unique opportunity to design enterprise-scale solutions, drive innovation, and ensure architectural excellence across backend, frontend, and cloud services. Key Responsibilities: * Design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned with Creatio’s product strategy * Define architecture, technologies, and reusable patterns for platform evolution * Ensure architectural integrity across backend, frontend, cloud, and external integrations * Drive the transition from monolithic applications to a scalable, modular architecture * Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical approaches * Partner with product managers and R&D leadership to align technology roadmaps with business goals * Conduct architectural reviews, identify technical debt, and evaluate third-party systems * Provide technical leadership and mentorship for Tech Leads, Developers, and No-code Developers * Ensure enterprise-grade performance, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements * Coordinate and oversee the implementation of architectural decisions throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements: * Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * 8+ years of software development and architecture experience (SaaS/enterprise preferred) * 2+ years in architect, tech lead, or team lead roles * Proven experience designing complex, enterprise-grade SaaS architectures * Focus on scalability, fault-tolerance, maintainability, and extensibility * Strong problem-solving and optimization skills for high-performance systems * Proven experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, OOP/OOD/DDD * Solid knowledge of microservice architectures, APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL), and event-driven systems * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases * Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices is a plus * Hands-on expertise with cloud (Azure, AWS), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
