Open role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Middle UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business and user needs. * Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring a user-centric approach is maintained. * Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to continually improve the user experience.
Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for varied digital products (Web and Mobile) * Development and maintenance of a complex project from idea to launch * Solid grasp of user-centered design, responsive design, and mobile app (iOS/Android) design standards * Ability to create detailed design specifications and collaborate effectively with developers. * Proficiency in Figma (including design system, and components) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). * A portfolio that demonstrates your skill level. * Ability to create graphic illustrations and desire to upgrade this skill. * English — Upper intermediate
