We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality web pages and digital assets. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Webflow and the ability to implement Figma designs into scalable, responsive, and interactive web experiences, including custom functionality via JavaScript.
This is a stable and long-term partnership (over 4 years together already), and the project continues to grow.
Tech requirements: * 4-5 years of experience building websites in Webflow * Deep understanding of Webflow’s platform, including CMS, components, interactions, and responsive design features * Ability to bridge Webflow’s visual WYSIWYG interface with custom code (JavaScript/TypeScript) to implement advanced features * Experience integrating APIs and third-party services within Webflow * Skilled at building custom components and solving platform-specific challenges at an enterprise level * Comfortable moving seamlessly between visual development and technical implementation * Can troubleshoot, optimize, and scale Webflow projects for performance, SEO, and maintainability
What you will do: * Design and develop web pages and digital assets using Webflow * Build and maintain a library of reusable templates, components, and design systems * Translate Figma designs into Webflow while ensuring technical feasibility * Implement custom functionality using JavaScript (animations, integrations, interactive elements) * Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience * Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility * Collaborate with design and marketing teams to support scalable web solutions
