Requirements: * At least 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design * Key UX skills: user research, persona development, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping * Expertise in designing responsive interfaces that perform well across devices, from desktops to mobile. * Know how to apply guidelines for building native iOS and Android applications * Experience creating and maintaining design systems * Proficient in user-centered design, including intuitive user flows, accessibility, micro-interactions, and animations. * Adaptable to quickly evolve designs based on feedback, testing, and insights * Strong aesthetic sense in composition, color theory, and typography * Keeping up with the latest UI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and competitive * Flexible in experimenting with new styles, approaches, and technologies in UI design * Effective collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life
As a plus: * Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), animation tools (Jitter, Principle), Maze, and Keynote * Background in web or graphic design * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Responsibilities: * Work on UI/UX projects for web platforms and mobile apps (iOS, Android) * Design landing pages, Behance cases, and Dribbble shots * Create content for social media marketing (SMM) * Develop presentations and merchandising designs
