About the Project We are looking for a responsible Data Analyst for a long-term cooperation in a part-time format (4 hours a day) within the Healthcare/Telehealth industry.
Our project is an innovative service specifically designed for users aged 65+. We collect a large volume of data from testing results: what users like, which features perform best, and what needs improvement.
The Main Challenge You Will Solve:
Currently, management lacks clear and visual data representation of these critical insights. Your mission is to transform raw data into understandable dashboards and reports that will allow executives to quickly make data-driven decisions to enhance the product. Your Core Responsibilities * Set up and automate the entire process of data collection, processing, and analysis. * Develop and create effective visualizations (dashboards) for management that clearly display key performance indicators (KPIs) and testing results. * Analyze data for users aged 65+ to identify usage trends, patterns, and “bottlenecks” in the product. * Provide concrete, actionable recommendations to the product team based on your analysis. * Maintain and optimize existing analytical tools.

Candidate Expectations We are looking for a “self-starter” who is capable of: * Solid, proven experience (3+ years is ideal) working hands-on with our full technical stack: Python, SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake. * Proficiency in English at a level no lower than B2 (for documentation and communication). * Independently setting up analytical tools and workflows from scratch. * Being results-oriented rather than focused on “endless tinkering.” * Being reliable and highly responsible in meeting deadlines and completing tasks. * Understanding of Product Analytics is a significant plus.
Cooperation Conditions * Format: Part-Time (approximately 4 hours a day). Ideal for those looking for additional or fractional employment. * Location: Preference is given to candidates from Uzhhorod or Drohobych, but we fully consider remote cooperation (Remote). * Duration: Long-term, cooperation format.
