We are looking for an ambitious and driven Pre-sales Engineer who wants to be at the heart of shaping client success from day one. This role is not about routine checklists, it’s about influence. You will transform early conversations into real opportunities, combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills to help clients see the bigger picture and choose us with confidence.
Your mission? Lead the estimation process as a trusted advisor, making sure our proposals are not just numbers, but clear roadmaps to success. You’ll be the link between Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering, turning ideas into well-structured project plans.
Key Responsibilities: * Own pre-sales estimations: prepare, review, and iterate time/effort/budget estimates across multiple domains and tech stacks for Sales and Pre-Sales. * Create project roadmaps and high-level architecture diagrams. * Produce end-to-end estimates independently: detailed scope, assumptions, risk assessment, phased timelines, and cost breakdowns. * Shape client decisions: join sales/discovery calls, lead solution discussions, and co-author proposals with Business Development. * Engage with clients: deliver presentations, explain assumptions and trade-offs, and highlight solution benefits. * Drive improvement: evolve internal frameworks, tools, and best practices to make pre-sales faster and more reliable. * Negotiate estimates: participate in Sales and Pre-Sales calls; defend and refine prepared estimates with the client.
✅ Requirements: * 6+ years of experience in Pre-sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Business Analysis within software development. * Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery models, and project management practices. * Solid knowledge of software development cycles and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, , or similar). * Proven experience preparing detailed project estimates and validating technical assumptions. * Hands-on experience with estimation tools, frameworks, or cost-modeling techniques. * Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Domain expertise in Fintech, Healthcare, AI/ML, or E-commerce projects. * Fluent English (written and spoken) for direct client communication. * Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and the ability to balance accuracy with business value.
