We are looking for а talented Process Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive workflow automations. You’ll have the chance to streamline processes, implement robust error-handling, and work closely with diverse teams — all in a remote environment.
Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in workflow automation using one of the following: Make.com (ex-Integromat) or n8n. * Strong proficiency with APIs, JSON, and webhooks. * Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering. * Practical experience with JavaScript or Python for automation scripting would be a plus. * Strong skills in algorithm design, workflow optimization, and problem-solving. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical processes.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have: * Previous software development experience. * Technical education or relevant background.
Responsibilities: * Design, build, and maintain scalable multi-step automations using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier. * Integrate APIs, webhooks, chatbots, and third-party tools into end-to-end automation workflows. * Ensure smooth workflow execution by monitoring performance, debugging errors, and applying reliable error-handling strategies. * Document automation architecture, workflows, and integrations to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical workflows.
