Requirements: * 5+ years as a Project or Delivery Manager, ideally in an IT service company * Exceptional verbal and written communication—articulate tasks, mediate conflicts and advocate efficiently * High level of ownership of tasks—ability to address responsibility gaps * Various metrics and approaches for accurate project task estimation * Ukrainian language along with Upper-Intermediate English or higher * Practicality in project management approaches and methodologies * Strong knowledge of modern development processes and stages * You thrive on turning chaos into clarity and ideas into impact * Comprehensive knowledge of the SDLC in web development * Attention to detail in task management and documentation * Experience in creating detailed technical specifications * Proven ability to work efficiently with remote teams * Willingness to mentor others * Handling the pre-sales phase from requirements gathering to proposal formation * Leading the discovery phase
Nice-to-have: * Experience working on blockchain projects—we have our in-house project * Tech background with a focus on analytical skills and system thinking * Documentation: SRS, Project Charters, and Risk Management Plans * Understanding of how the Web, Unix, and the Internet works * Background in companies with 50+ employees

Responsibilities: * Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously—from initiation to delivery * Ensure optimal efficiency, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards are met * Collaborate with clients to collect/analyze, understand business requirements, and interpret them into actionable steps * Prepare and present personalized proposals to clients during scheduled meetings * Develop comprehensive technical specifications and requirements documentation * Manage and optimize tasks using tools like Jira or Confluence: ensure thorough documentation * Assess website performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable solutions * Foster effective communication with remote teams, resolving conflicts, aligning objectives * Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall efficiency
