Responsibilities: * Project management: backlog revision, tracking the performance of a team, questions & issues troubleshooting * Create & update Notion documentation * Manage internal link-building system, update clients with newly built links * Account management & communication with clients, building relationships with clients, notes-taking & proposal creation * Participation in sales calls, notes taking, proposal creation * Manage invoices & other finance-related questions * Run standups and retro meetings * Other responsibilities on request
Requirements: * Proficient English (B2+); will be a benefit if you’ve worked with English-speaking clients * Experience working in SEO or digital agency (would be a plus) * Understanding of SEO & link-building concepts * Strong communication skills & perfectionist approach * Responsibility and willingness to learn and grow * Ability to think outside the box * Google Sheets proficiency * Be flexible in a fast-growing company * Team-building player
