Today, we’re seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Aristeem’s technology strategy, oversee product development, and drive innovation. As a core member of the executive team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the technical vision, building scalable systems, and leading a highly professional technical team. This role requires hands-on leadership expertise at fast-paced startups, where you can juggle between a vast variety of tasks, starting from coding and architecture decisions to team hiring and investor presentations. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute Aristeem’s long-term technology roadmap that are aligned with business goals. * Oversee end-to-end product development and ensure scalability, performance, and security. * Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing engineering team. * Manage infrastructure, DevOps, and data centers. * Ensure the stability and efficiency of servers, networks, and virtualization environments. * Build systems for monitoring, automation, and optimization. * Collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership teams to deliver value-driven solutions. * Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships from a technology perspective.
Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent). * Proven track record in managing development teams and data centers. * Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Hands-on experience with server hardware (Asus, Lenovo, Supermicro, etc.). * Strong expertise in network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching). * Practical experience with virtualization systems (VMware, Hyper-V). * Knowledge of data storage solutions (Ceph, RAID, SAN, NAS). * Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus). * Solid understanding of information security fundamentals. * Strong programming and technical expertise in: * Back-end: Node.js, Python, C++ * Front-end: JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue 3, Nuxt, React * UI/UX & Styling: Tailwind CSS, SCSS, responsive & semantic layout, GSAP * Advanced Development: SPA & SSR applications, custom directives, Composition API, Puppeteer * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. * Strong analytical and communication skills.
