Within the OpsWorks.Co group, we develop RhodeCode — our own product company that builds a secure and scalable platform for managing source code (Git, Mercurial, Subversion). RhodeCode helps teams improve control, productivity, and security.
We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our OpsWorks team, focusing on business development and lead generation for RhodeCode. Responsibilities: * Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels. * Build and maintain a prospect database. * Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email). * Set up, monitor, and optimize email campaigns to improve conversion rates. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to define ICP and lead generation strategies. * Track metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize processes. * Keep up-to-date with market trends, tools, and best practices.
✅ Requirements: * 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation (preferably in SaaS or product companies). * Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B lead generation processes. * Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach. * Practical experience with email campaign setup and management. * Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar). * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher. * Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively.
Soft Skills: * Clear communication. * Result-oriented mindset. * Fast learner and proactive. * Comfortable with direct communication and client outreach.
