Core Responsibilities (Prioritized) * HubSpot Marketing Automation (Top Priority) * Build and manage workflows, sequences, and automated email campaigns. * Create and optimize forms, landing pages, and lead nurturing funnels. * Segment contact lists for targeted outreach and lifecycle management. * Develop reports and dashboards to measure MQLs, conversions, and ROI. * Social Media Marketing * Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. * Repurpose webinar, blog, and event content into engaging posts, graphics, and videos. * Track analytics (reach, engagement, CTR) and recommend improvements. * Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms. * SEO & Content Optimization * Apply on-page SEO (meta descriptions, H1/H2, internal linking, alt text). * Support keyword research and strategy for blogs, webinars, and campaigns. * Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and competitor activity. * Collaborate with content team to align copy with SEO best practices. * WordPress Website Management * Update and maintain website pages in WordPress/Elementor. * Ensure content is optimized for SEO and mobile responsiveness. * Build and publish campaign-specific landing pages. * Troubleshoot basic site/content issues before escalating to dev/design. * Cross-Team Collaboration * Coordinate campaigns with leadership, product launches, and webinars. * Work with onboarding/billing teams to automate client-facing communications. * Share marketing performance insights in regular team updates.
Skills & Experience * 2–4 years experience in digital marketing (preferably SaaS/healthcare/tech). * Proven track record managing social media channels for a brand, not just posting but running campaigns. * Working knowledge of WordPress/Elementor and basic HTML/CSS. * SEO expertise (on-page + off-page, familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or RankMath). * Hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, sequences, forms, lead scoring, reporting). * Strong writing skills (short-form for social, long-form for blogs/emails). * Comfortable with data and analytics—Google Analytics 4, HubSpot dashboards, social media insights.
Nice-to-Have (Growth Areas) * Experience with paid ads (Google Ads/Meta Ads/LinkedIn). * Knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools for quick graphics. * Familiarity with email deliverability best practices. * Understanding of EMR, healthcare, or SaaS marketing.
