Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Accountant to help keep our financial processes simple, clear, and smooth.
Who we’re looking for A detail-oriented and proactive person who enjoys working with numbers, is curious about accounting processes, and wants to grow professionally within a friendly, international team.
Hard Skills * 1+ year of experience in accounting or finance * Understanding of PE (Group 3) operations in Ukraine (registration, reporting, basics of tax compliance) * Experience with invoices and contracts * Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, data validation) * Basic knowledge of accounting/HR systems (PeopleForce is a plus) * English at a level sufficient for invoices and contracts
Soft Skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks * Structured and clear communication * Proactive approach to problem-solving * Willingness to learn and adapt
What you’ll do * Assist in managing employees as PE — from registration to reporting * Process invoices, contracts, and reporting * Check documents and basic financial data * Support the transition to PeopleForce task manager (financial tasks for employees) * Collaborate with Eleken’s accountant and HR team
