We are Leaply — an ecosystem of interconnected digital and physical products designed to help build healthy habits and improve quality of life. We’re developing a range of B2C products for global markets, including the US, Tier 1, Europe, and beyond.
Past June, we launched a new product — an app focused on habit-building with a subscription-based monetization model and a performance-first marketing approach through channels like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and TikTok. In just the first two months, we achieved positive unit economics and are on track to grow our revenue tenfold by the end of this year.
Our team is embarking on our third business venture together and has a proven track record of successful exits. We possess unique market insights that significantly enhance our chances of success — this isn’t our first time working with this business model, and we’ve already built products for this audience. Our core values are straightforward communication, quick decision-making, and aggressive, ambitious goals.
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer to lead our next phase of growth.
We are launching our e-commerce direction and looking for our first developer on the team — someone who will take ownership of the technical side of the project and help us scale fast. This is a rare opportunity to become a key technical partner and shape the stack, architecture, and development practices from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing e-commerce solutions.
What you’ll do:
— Develop both front-end and back-end features and functionalities; — Build integrations with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, payments ets.); — Set up and optimize analytics; — Collaborate with the team to build new and optimize existing functionality, create custom themes and unique features; — Figma to HTML conversion with pixel-perfect precision and attention to detail; — Optimize existing Shopify store for performance, scalability, and engaging eCommerce experiences; — Work with Shopify Apps to improve store functionality.
What we’re looking for:
— Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React; — Experience with Liquid (Shopify’s templating language), Shopify Functions, Hydrogen/Oxygen; — Experience with Git or other version control systems; — Back-end development skills with experience in Shopify’s API, custom app development, and third-party integrations; — Understanding of large-scale e-commerce platforms and data integrity challenges; — Good understanding of web performance optimization techniques and industry best practices; — A product-oriented mindset — you’re not just executing on specs, you’re helping shape them; — Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, with a bias for action; — Strong communication skills (comfortable asking questions and clarifying details); — Attention to detail (pixel-perfect execution, ability to identify design vs. development mismatches); — Ability to estimate project timelines and deliver work according to those estimates; — English proficiency at B1+ level (we’re actively building a global team and hiring internationally).
Bonus points for:
— Previous experience in a high-growth product company or startup environment; — Experience with analytics — GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, Amplitude, Triple Whale; — Experience with performance optimization techniques for Shopify stores.
