We are looking for an experienced Senior JavaScript Developer to join our telecom solutions team. This role requires not only strong technical skills but also the ability to work on system architecture and represent the team during integrations with European telecom partners.
Requirements: * 8+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript * Strong expertise in Node.js (backend) and/or React (frontend) * Solid understanding of the telecom/VoIP domain, including SIP protocol * Experience with Drachtio is a significant advantage * Proven track record in system design and architecture * Ability to mentor and guide other developers * Willingness and ability to travel across Europe (UK, Germany) for integrations * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of complex JavaScript-based telecom services * Define and implement system architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability * Collaborate with international partners on integrations * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers * Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization
