Position Overview We’re hiring a JavaScript Developer experienced with Apache Cordova (or plugins like PhoneGap/Ionic) to wrap our web application into fully functional iOS and Android apps. You’ll act as a hybrid specialist—bridging web and mobile, optimizing performance, and managing app store compliance. Key Responsibilities * Wrap our existing web app using Apache Cordova for both iOS and Android. * Integrate native plugins and manage Cordova plugin architecture. * Ensure seamless performance and responsiveness via JavaScript, HTML, CSS tweaks. * Set up build pipelines, signing, provisioning, and handle App Store/Google Play submissions. * Troubleshoot and debug cross-platform issues. * Collaborate in agile cycles with designers, backend engineers, and QA. * Document the Cordova wrapping process and provide maintenance guidelines.
Qualifications * Strong experience in hybrid mobile frameworks—Apache Cordova, Ionic, or PhoneGap * Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. * Familiarity with app store workflows, plugin integrations, and mobile debugging. * Experience with agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
