Key Responsibilities * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from role scoping to offer negotiation. * Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent requirements and hiring strategies. * Source, identify, and engage top candidates worldwide using creative and innovative approaches. * Build strong candidate pipelines for technical and engineering roles. * Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes. * Ensure an excellent candidate experience and represent AI EdgeLabs as an employer of choice.
Requirements * 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical fields (software/hardware). * Proven track record of closing international vacancies across multiple regions and time zones. * Strong background in recruiting engineering roles across domains such as: * IoT (Mobile, Edge, Cloud) * Big Data (Engineering, Data Visualization, Digital Analytics, Data Science) * DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure * UI/UX Design & Development * Project Management & QA * Cybersecurity (preferred) * Familiarity with US and European talent markets. * Skilled in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates at all levels — from developers to architects. * Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights. * Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
