We are looking for an experienced Node.js Engineer who is ready to take part in building scalable and reliable solutions. You will work on a high-load platform, leveraging a modern tech stack, and have the opportunity to influence product architecture and overall development. About the Project Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how home care agencies manage their teams. The platform empowers agencies with seamless scheduling, billing, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance tools — helping care providers focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer; * Strong knowledge of TypeScript and NestJS; * Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (TypeORM or other ORM frameworks); * Solid understanding of development practices (git, testing, code review, debugging, CI/CD, production support) and ability to implement features following algorithms and best practices; * Ability to independently analyze requirements and propose effective solutions; * Proven track record working on high-load projects.
Nice to Have * Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms; * Ability to perform code reviews and mentor team members; * Background in service / microservice architecture; * Experience in healthcare projects and payment system integrations; * Proficiency with Redis; * Practical experience with Kubernetes; * Knowledge of React.JS.
