User Acquisition Lead We are seeking a powerhouse User Acquisition Lead to command multi-channel growth for one of the fastest-growing RubyLabs products. This is a full-combat operational role — you will own every ad channel, every campaign, every compliance check, and every budget line with absolute accountability for results. Your mission: scale our acquisition machine globally, enforce compliance discipline, and deliver consistent high-conversion performance through relentless execution and innovation. Core Mission Maintain end-to-end control of the entire user acquisition ecosystem — from campaign setup to compliance audits — with military-grade discipline, AI-powered automation, and constant experimentation to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities * Multi-Channel Command — Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, and all major ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, etc.). * Compliance Leadership — Enforce frameworks across funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives. Audit every rejection, extract patterns, and define rules for future scaling. * Creative Operations — Coordinate with creative production teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for compliance and maximum conversion performance. * A/B Testing Discipline — Design, execute, and analyze constant testing across all channels; extract actionable insights and enforce adoption of proven winners. * Budget & Spend Control — Own daily and hourly budget deployment across all campaigns. Maximize ROI through tight monitoring and fast decision-making. * Automation Execution — Implement and manage ad spend automation tools (e.g., Birch) to scale efficiently. * Analytics & Reporting — Maintain full transparency of performance analytics across all channels. Deliver structured reporting and actionable insights daily, weekly, and monthly. * Process Leadership — Establish and enforce business operations for user acquisition, including daily reporting loops, hourly monitoring, and cross-team coordination. * Knowledge Transfer — Maintain a centralized knowledge base for learnings, playbooks, and compliance frameworks across all products and markets. * Scaling Across Markets — Expand and adapt campaigns to multiple geographies with full ownership of scaling strategy and execution. * Team Coordination — Lead UA specialists, enforce accountability, and align all stakeholders on execution and growth goals.
Requirements * 7+ years in user acquisition leadership, with proven hands-on success in high-scale, multi-channel environments. * Mastery of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with deep platform knowledge. * Hands-on experience with ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, etc.). * Proven record of building and scaling compliance-driven funnels and ad creative frameworks. * Strong background in creative production processes and data-driven optimization. * Advanced skills in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools. * Experience managing subscription-based or funnel-driven products is a strong plus. * Proven ability to establish and run business processes under strict discipline. * Relentless attention to detail, operational toughness, and accountability-first mindset. * Fluent in English.
