We’re seeking an experienced Retention Team Lead to spearhead our customer lifecycle optimization and build retention strategies that set industry benchmarks. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of player engagement, leading a talented team while developing cutting-edge retention programs that maximize customer lifetime value. You’ll work with massive datasets, implement sophisticated automation, and create personalized experiences that keep players engaged and loyal.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * Lead team development and execution of customer retention strategies while managing task delegation, performance monitoring, and team motivation through regular meetings and progress reviews. * Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies by analyzing retention data, identifying problem segments, and creating automated loyalty programs, personalized offers, and promotional campaigns with continuous hypothesis testing. * Monitor key performance metrics, including Retention Rate, LTV, Average Deposit Sum, Deposit Count, and promotional ROI, while preparing regular executive reports and analyzing team effectiveness. * Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with product teams, affiliate departments, analysts, and platform teams to ensure balanced customer experience and marketing campaign execution. * Drive team development through new hire training, skill development programs, individual development planning, and work standard implementation. * Manage retention-focused projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets (including SMS costs), and quality standards. * Optimize operational processes by implementing automation solutions, improving workflows, documenting procedures, and establishing internal standards.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE * At least 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry with proven retention expertise * Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop talent * Strong technical skills for customer data analysis, CRM management, and retention platform operations * Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, team coordination, and executive reporting * Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term retention roadmaps and identify growth opportunities * Strong analytical skills with experience in retention metrics and data-driven decision making * Project management capabilities timeline, responsibility, and results
