Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Producer / Creative Director who will be the driving force behind all performance-marketing creatives. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on production skills and thrives in a high-growth digital environment. Your mission is simple but ambitious: build and lead a world-class creative engine that drives measurable growth in CTR, CVR, and LTV. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute creative strategy for performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google UAC, and other paid channels. * Generate bold ad concepts and hypotheses aimed at improving key metrics (CTR, CVR, LTV). * Oversee end-to-end production—from idea to testing—working closely with designers, editors, and external agencies. * Build a testing, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly to double down on winning creatives. * Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, TikTok culture, and creative formats, applying them to our product and campaigns. * Analyze competitors to identify opportunities and creative benchmarks.
Requirements * Proven experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Director / Head of Creative in a B2C digital or SaaS product. * Deep understanding of performance marketing and growth metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR). * Strong hands-on skills in creating ad creatives: video, static banners, and UGC content. * English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken) for daily communication in an international environment. * Ability to launch and iterate creatives quickly based on performance data. * Creative mindset with a business-driven approach to bold ideas. * Experience managing a creative team or collaborating with production studios. * Ability to define and maintain design system standards, ensuring brand consistency. * Strong leadership to mentor and guide designers, setting a high creative bar.
Nice to Have * Experience with TikTok/UGC formats and rapid social-first campaigns. * Strong storytelling and copywriting skills. * Basic shooting and video editing abilities for quick tests. * Understanding of user behavior psychology.
