Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop an AI-agent for a CRM. * Integrate LLMs (GPT-5/Claude/local models) with internal system modules. * Develop scalable and secure REST + GraphQL API. * Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, PM, AI) to build a product used by dozens of companies.
Requirements: * Over 5 years of experience with B2B SaaS products, including CRMs, ERPs and financial systems. * Proven, real-world production experience in building AI agents, with hands-on knowledge of LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge graph integration. * Deep expertise in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) combined with solid experience in a modern backend framework like Node.js/NestJS or Python FastAPI. * Practical skills in building microservice architectures, integrating with external APIs and using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. * Proficient in Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Adherence to PSR-12 standards and experience with static analysis tools like Larastan (level 9). * Experienced with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using frameworks like Pest/PHPUnit (PHP) and Jest (JS/TS). * Skilled in implementing logging with systems such as Laravel Telescope, OpenTelemetry or similar. Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into GitHub/GitLab CI.
Preferred Requirements * Hands-on experience with AI infrastructure tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant). * Knowledge of GraphQL, specifically with Lighthouse/NuWave for Laravel. * Experience with event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS). * Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue) and an understanding of how to integrate AI into a user interface. * A solid understanding of FinTech, Billing, CRM processes. * Practical experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture (handling different brands, companies, accounts). * Familiarity with the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). * English: Upper-Intermediate+ (for communication with an international team and working with technical documentation).
