Team: on our side — 5 developers (supporting several projects, non-Salesforce, custom development), 9 QAs (entire system), and a team of 10-15 Salesforce developers on the client’s side. There is an experienced tech manager on the client’s side who can support with Salesforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. * Analyze/audit existing infrastructure and make SF solutions based on business needs. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications. * Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies. * Implement and manage Salesforce core functionalities, billing, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), RightRev, NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack), and Sales packages. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
Required Qualifications * Minimum of 7 years in the IT industry. * Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Salesforce development. * Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Min 3 years of practical experience with Salesforce Cloud core functionalities. Solid understanding and practical performance related to Salesforce architecture, customization, limits, data security, and configuration. * Ability to provide technical/architecture solutions based on gained experience and knowledge. * Min 2 years of practical experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * English B2 or higher (regular calls/meetings). * Passed Salesforce Training
Preferred Qualifications * Practical experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (environments, pipelines, version control) * Experience with Java or similar languages (.NET, JS, Python, etc). * Experience with microservice architecture and API Development. * Experience with identity/billing/RightRev/NPSP/ and Sales packages. * Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Workato, or similar. * Experience with data migration, integration, and deployment processes. * Experience with PayPal, Stripe integration. * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Experience with Jira. * Salesforce Certifications.
