PlainHire is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing [SaaS / Tech / Services] company, for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads, booking discovery calls, and fueling the client’s sales pipeline. This is a fully remote role, with working hours aligned to either UK or US business hours.
Key Responsibilities — Research and identify potential prospects within target accounts — Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone — Qualify inbound leads and hand off opportunities to Account Executives — Track and manage activity using sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms) — Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity and pipeline goals — Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine messaging and targeting
Requirements — Strong spoken and written English (B2+ / C1 level) — Bachelor’s degree preferred — 1+ year experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role — Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) — Proactive and resilient, with a hunger to succeed in sales — Comfortable working remotely and independently
