We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will lead and deliver projects for our clients.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while building long-term client relationships. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting our Project Management team, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end project management for client engagements, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong and transparent communication. * Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects. * Report on project progress, deliverables, and key outcomes to stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvements in project management processes and standards. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (Developers, Consultants, Business Analysts) to ensure smooth project execution. * Actively participate in the pre-sales process, driving and delivering high-quality proposals. * Mentor and guide the Project Management team, providing feedback, support, and sharing best practices.
Requirements * 5+ years of project management experience in IT or consulting environments. * Proven experience managing international projects and cross-functional teams. * Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills. * Leadership experience with mentoring or managing other project managers. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Polish language: at least B2. * English language: C1.
