We’re building a next-generation D2C supplements brand — and we’re looking for a creative, self-driven SMM specialist who knows how to grow, engage, and love an online audience.
This role is about more than just posts. It’s about storytelling, community-building, and creating a brand people fall in love with.
Your responsibilities will include: — Developing and executing a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok. — Creating original, engaging, and conversion-oriented content. — Shaping the brand’s tone of voice, identity, and visual aesthetics. — Growing a vibrant online community and managing ambassador/influencer collaborations. — Driving audience growth, engagement, and customer loyalty. — Monitoring analytics, testing creative approaches, and optimizing performance.
Requirements: — Proven commercial experience in growing social media channels (Instagram / TikTok and other). — A strong creative vision and the ability to work independently. — Solid understanding of content trends, social storytelling, and digital culture. — Portfolio with case studies of accounts grown to 50K—100K+ engaged followers. — A balance of visual taste, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
➕Nice to have: — Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition sectors. — Knowledge of influencer/ambassador marketing. — Ability to collaborate with designers, video editors, content and AI teams.
