Phenomenon Studio is a full-cycle design and development company founded in 2019. We help startups and small to medium-sized businesses build and scale products across Healthcare, EdTech, SaaS, FinTech, and Web3 industries.
We manage the company’s Instagram account (a brand with over 6 years of history that is actively growing and scaling). The main goal of the account is not just regular posting, but creating visuals that carry an idea and stay memorable for the audience.
We already have a recognizable brand style. Now we are looking for a designer who can bring our visuals to a whole new level: creating conceptual solutions, associations, metaphors, and versatile concepts.
Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer. * Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and any AI-based tools. * Portfolio with examples of social media design work. * Ability to think conceptually and visually: finding metaphors, creating images, not just working with text. * Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to work within brand guidelines.
Responsibilities: * Developing visuals for Instagram posts within the brand’s style guidelines. * Generating ideas and visual metaphors for content (not just text formatting). * Preparing several concept options at the idea stage. * Working with composition, hierarchy, and unique graphic techniques. * Collaborating with the marketer (texts) and the art team (visual review and support). * Presenting and justifying design decisions to the team. * Tracking modern trends in digital design and applying them in work.
Nice to Have: * Animation skills (Adobe After Effects). * Proficiency with AI tools for working with images.
What we offer: * A team of open-minded and supportive professionals * Comfortable part-time schedule with autonomy in processes * Full remote work format * Flexible workload and the possibility to combine with studies, personal projects, or other activities * Work-life balance: we value results, not the number of hours spent * Opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the future (if desired)
