What makes you a great fit:
You love operations — and it shows.
* Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
* Strong experience with tools like Notion, Monday.com, Airtable, Zapier, Make, etc.
* Ability to map out systems visually (Loom, Whimsical, Miro — whatever works for you).
* Tech-savvy and automation-obsessed.
* Comfortable working independently and with ambiguity — we move fast.
* Available to work 1 PM-9 PM EET (to sync with US clients and founder).
* Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points If You:
* Have worked in a lead gen, marketing, or creative agency before.
* Have implemented or run revenue ops or client onboarding systems.
* Understand outbound sales cycles, deliverables, and client-facing processes.
* Are familiar with the challenges of scaling a bootstrapped service business.
Your day-to-day in this position:
You’ll be the architect behind how we work. You’ll take the vision and chaos of a fast-moving agency and turn it into smooth, repeatable, documented systems. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything works smarter, not harder.
You’ll:
* Design and document internal workflows and SOPs across departments.
* Own our onboarding processes (internal + client-side) and optimize them.
* Identify inefficiencies and create automations to eliminate manual tasks.
* Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and internal playbooks.
* Audit our existing tools and systems — and recommend better ones.
* Manage our agency’s tech stack (e.g., Notion, Slack, Monday, Zapier, Google Workspace, Apollo, etc.).
* Work closely with the founder to prioritize, plan, and execute operations initiatives.
* Be a thought partner in improving profitability, speed, and scale.
